Website Work India provides a software-as-a-service platform that lets businesses and individuals create and manage their own online store, including product catalog, orders, payments, and related tools. The Service is offered on a subscription basis under different plans.

• You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a binding agreement to use the Service.
• You are responsible for providing accurate information and for keeping your account credentials confidential.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

• Paid plans are billed in advance on the cycle you select (for example, monthly or annually).
• All fees are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• By subscribing, you authorize us to charge the applicable fees through our payment gateway for the selected billing cycle.
• We may change our plans or pricing; any changes will apply from your next billing cycle and will be communicated in advance.
• Cancellations and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Sell illegal, counterfeit, or prohibited goods or services, or violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Infringe the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
• Upload malicious code, or attempt to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Send spam, engage in fraud, or misrepresent your identity or your business.

You retain ownership of the content you upload to your store (such as products, images, and text). You are solely responsible for that content and for your dealings with your own customers. You grant us a limited license to host and display your content only as necessary to operate the Service.

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Website Work India and protected by applicable laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to our trademarks, logos, or source code except as needed to use the Service.

The Service may integrate with third-party providers such as payment gateways and messaging services. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms, and we are not responsible for their acts or omissions.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Website Work India shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the three months preceding the claim.

You may cancel your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Service in a manner that is unlawful or harmful. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
