Cancellation and Refund Policy

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting our support team.
• When you cancel, your plan remains active until the end of the current billing cycle, and it will not renew for the next cycle.
• Cancelling stops future charges; it does not automatically trigger a refund for the current cycle.

Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period. You may cancel before the trial ends to avoid being billed. If you do not cancel, the applicable subscription fee will be charged when the trial ends.

As the Service is a digital subscription that is available immediately after payment, fees are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be satisfied, so we will consider a refund in the following cases:

• You were charged in error or charged more than once for the same billing cycle.
• A verified technical issue on our side prevented you from using the Service and could not be resolved within a reasonable time.
• You request a refund within 7 days of the charge for a new subscription and have not substantially used the paid features.

• Requests made after 7 days of the charge, or for a billing cycle that has already been substantially used.
• Cancellations made partway through a billing cycle (the remaining period is not refunded).
• Accounts suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms and Conditions.

To request a refund, email care@websiteworkindia.com from your registered email address with your account details and the reason for the request. We aim to review every request within 3 business days.

Approved refunds are credited to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. Once approved, refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days, though the time for the amount to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
