Welcome to Aqua Starter. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website websiteworkindia.com/aqua-starter and every purchase you make from us. By browsing the store or placing an order you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age, or shop under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and be capable of entering into a legally binding contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

2. Products, pricing and availability

  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
  • We make every effort to display product colours, sizes and details accurately; minor variations may occur due to photography and screen settings.
  • Prices, offers and availability may change without prior notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

3. Orders and acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only when you receive an order confirmation from us. We may refuse or cancel any order — for example, in case of pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability — and any amount already paid will be refunded in full.

4. Payments

Payments are accepted through our secure payment partners (UPI, cards, net banking and wallets) and, where offered, Cash on Delivery (COD). For COD orders please keep the exact amount ready at the time of delivery. We do not store your payment credentials.

5. Shipping, cancellation and refunds

Shipping timelines, cancellation windows and refund procedures are described in our Shipping and Delivery Policy and our Cancellation and Refund Policy, which form part of these Terms.

6. Use of the website

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, post unlawful or misleading content, or infringe our intellectual property. All content on this website — including text, images, logos and designs — belongs to Aqua Starter or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Aqua Starter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for that order.

8. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at the location of our registered office, after a good-faith attempt at amicable resolution.

9. Grievance redressal

For any complaint or concern regarding your order or these Terms, contact our Grievance Officer at nextgen9671@gmail.com or +91 9401339671. We aim to acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and resolve them within one month, as required under the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.
